It is specifically designed with pupils in mind, and it contains user-friendly text and clear instructions, explaining to readers how to prevent accidents and injury whilst maintaining a healthy working environment.
A4 pad with easily removed perforated sheets and introduction giving information on the recording of accidents at work and a guide to reporting a Pupil Accident to the HSE.
Contains approximately 50 individual accident records. Includes a numbering panel to keep control of the issue of each record and place for the headteacher to sign.
